Our Talent Scout will assign Photoshoots for you.
STEP 1 ; COORDINATE WITH TALENT SCOUT
Sports Clubs, Dance Academies, Competition Sites, Tournaments, Games,
STEP 2 ; SCHEDULE PHOTOSHOOTS
Organise shoots with Coaches/Teacher and Talents etc.
STEP 3 ; SUBMIT PHOTOS
Submit all Talents photos & articles as per Publishing Requirements.
STEP 4 ; REQUEST PAYMENT
We pay according to our Agreed Hourly Rate
Paid upon Folder Submission, Allow 5 business day for processing

PHOTOSHOOT REQUIREMENTS
- 1- MINIMUM 6 photos per Talents. MINIMUM 10 Talents per Hour.
- 2- Each Talents in their own Separate Folder.
- 3- Photos do not need to be Artistic, this is mainly Photo-Journalism.
- 4- Photos must be High Resolutions (Minimum 2000 Pixels).
- 5- Focused and Color balanced. Background preferably blurred.
- 6- Action Photos prefered. Awards and Podium photos also accepted.
- 7- Do not crop the photos, we need space to be considered for cover.
- 8- No need to edit, you can submit camera RAW files.
TALENT ELIGIBILITY
Talents of ALL Ages, ALL Levels, ALL Sports and Skills Accepted.

COMPENSATION
- 1- We pay per the agreed hourly rate.
We expect MINIMUM 10 Talents per hour and MINIMUM 6 photos each.
- 2- You can dumb your unedited RAW files,
Payment will be processed within 5 business days.
Payments Request will be processed once all folders and files are received
